Regardless of previous bad reviews about arrogant and Not knowledgable is clear written by someone of exactly that. If you have a bad experience at the bike shop, then there is a good chance you walked in with a I know everything mentality and or was very disrespectful upon entering the business. This has and always will be where I send people for a quality experience!
It's normal to have unfriendly, possibly arrogant people working in bike shops, but at least they are normally knowledgeable. This place is neither friendly, nor knowledgeable. Go to Red Jersey!

This bike shop is amazing I learn new stuff when I visit . He is good at his business I enjoy my visit every time I'm there . You can go to the big box stores get a new bike but not the service . The bike shop is there from day one with your new bike . GET OUT AND RIDE.
