Rob, who was working today (Friday November 24, 2017), was extremely helpful and courteous. At 7pm, he located our item when we called and brought it to paint so we could pick it up and go.
VERY disappointed.... I had to find a store manager... I waited nearly 40 minutes AFTER they paged for someone to help me in the plumbing department.... Where has all the good service gone??
When arriving at the store minutes later, we both shook his hand and thanked him, but management should also be aware that he made a quick trip on the end of Black Friday fantastic.
