You have to use a card instead of quarters. And in order to get your money back from what you don't use, you have to send them the card in an envelope, and I doubt they would send you it back if you only are owed change back, since it costs .45 for a stamp. And it takes at least 3.00 to dry, and a minimum of 3.00 to wash. And the washers are really shallow. The place was dirty.
Don't ask for help, the woman working at the business will make it clear that she "only does wash dry fold" with an attitude.
You have to load a plastic card with cash at a machine. No problems at all.
