He will deny agents access to the property and will not return phone calls and emails to both the realtors and client. He wont let you know whats going on with your property or when it is being shown. Then after you fire him for breech of contract, he will threaten you and tell other realtors and valley residents how terrible you are and how he will make sure your house never sells. My advice to anyone selling in the Valley, get a realtor from outside of the area. If you are living out of state, check your property often and make unexpected surprise visits and trust no one. My realtor outside the area had 2 full price offers in less than 3 weeks after firing Josh. My house closed last week and after 15 years in the valley I am sad and happy at the same time. Good luck in your house search, the valley is a beautiful area to raise your family, just get a realtor from outside this clicky area.
