New store to the area. A little smaller than their other stores but still good.
Been in twice, not been pleased with the way staff treats there customers. I asked a worker a ?, didn't realize she was talking on her head set, she told me she forgot where product was as "i was talking to her" I found the marker on my own!
Kind of disappointed. Nobody sells water based acrylic clear coat. Office Market used to carry it but unfortunately great stores like that have since closed due to big ugly crappy stores that don't ever have what you want. I searched for an hour looking for something usable but no luck. A woman in the same aisle I was in made a comment that she would probably be there all day looking for one bottle of paint. Too many holes on the shelves, you'd think they would be fully stocked on opening day. Also, a very tiny section for diorama items, not even any S scale figures which other Michaels stores do carry. As usual, we all have to travel downstate to the city to find things we need. Another big store with nothing I need.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Michael's! They had so much to choose from and their specials were wonderful! The cashier helped me figure out my coupon which made things so much easier.
Great location! It has a little of everything. Its not a very large Michaels Store but its a great start' who knows if it gets enough business it could expand.
