Stayed here for a couple days last week with the family. The"water park", though small, was fun. Breakfast buffet was consistent very good. Room was spacious and very comfortable.
As a diamond member I used points for a sofa bed king room. Upon check in, the room was not available & had to get a smaller room. We requested a few additional items to improve the stay & it took quite some time to get the items. The water park was fun but there was minimal ventilation for all the chlorine in the water & air. We could only handle about 35-40 mins in the pools. It was tough to breathe or really enjoy the experience. The hotel is in a great location to surrounding area activities. We were not really impressed with the staff
This hotel is quite equisite. The atmosphere is great. The staff is great. The hotel offers all the basics plus it's pet friendly and has entertainment for kids, including a mini water park. The parking is easy. Even the nose bleed spots are close. The view from, at least our room, is outstanding! I would stay here again.
My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. We were in room 105 which is right next to the entrance and could never have the shades open because of the foot traffic. The rugs and surfaces of the room were clean. There were some spots on the duvet cover. The bathroom was sufficiently stocked with towels and toiletries. It did feel a little dated and needs some new caulking as there were some mildew stains in the shower. Free breakfast was a nice touch, and free coffee/tea throughout the day. Staff was friendly. Ample parking.
This is an average hotel. We've been here multiple times because of the water park, the rooms have never been really clean but they're tolerable. The water park is a nice option in case your trip to one of the local theme parks gets rained out, although the water park was definitely less clean during our last visit that it has been in previous visits. This is a very kid friendly hotel, so if you're looking for a quiet ( or kid free) place this is not where you'll want to spend a few nights.
