Great resort for our family. Friendly staff and clean rooms. My kids loved the indoor waterpark and arcade.
We only stayed for one night as a hold-over coming back from a 1-week vacation in the area. The service was very good. Nice rooms and food was good. A good variety of activities that kept our toddler age children busy on a rainy Saturday including the indoor water park. We'll be staying here again in the future!
Very nice resort. Pleased with service and staff. Convenient to have the water park right inside the hotel. The only downsides we experienced were the pillows (too soft for our liking) and lack of water pressure in the shower. We stayed here because we won a free 2 night stay with water park access, but found it to be nice enough that we would return again.
Always enjoy the breakfast buffet they have on weekends. They will specially prepare gluten free items too. Never stayed, haven't used the water park either, but toured it. Great place for kids year round.
The rooms and features are all old. The hallways and room smell stale, probably from the pool using patrons walking through the halls in wet bathing suits. The rates are not in line with the quality of the hotel but closer reflect the convenience of the attached water park. There is plenty of room in the changing area that one should consider staying at a better local hotel and changing at the water park in order to avoid the terrible accommodations. To make matters worse, upon checkout we discovered a $16 charge for a breakfast buffet that we never ordered. Be careful to analyze your bill in detail before checking out.
