My experience was really great. They were not pushy and gave me the facts about the truck I was interested in. John was very nice and helped me in the comparison to the other truck companies I was looking at. At the end John and Macdonald motors sold me a truck for a great value. I did not leave the dealership feeling like I got talked into the truck, I truly love it and am happy with the people that work at Macdonald Motors. I can't say enough about how easy the process was compared to other places I have been.

In the course of our summer road trip, we hit a pothole and needed to get tires replaced and a bent rim worked on. A friend recommended that I speak to Mary and the folks at MacDonald Motors and I am very glad that I did. They were incredibly gracious, knowledgeable and reassuring. The work was done quickly and well. We were able to resume our long trip home to Miami with peace of mind and the rare good feeling that you get when you know you have had good and honest people work on your car. Now, if they could only open a satellite shop in Miami, I'd be set!
I lost a wheel bearing coming back from a trip to Northern Maine, while driving through Conway. These good folks made room for me on their very busy repair schedule, did a great job and got me back on my way. I can't say enough good things about the experience!
