We had a car issue while visiting from Western Massachusetts. We arrived shortly before closing time. The staff took us right in and diagnosed an issue that needed immediate attention. As luck would have it, the parts were in stock. The service technician and the young man that was working the desk stayed well after closing time to finish the job and send us on our way back home. Though we were not regular customers we were treated as if we had been loyal customers for years. Professional, welcoming, competent and helpful. What a scam. Subaru gave out a headlight warranty so I was forced to bring it to this place. They didn't put the cap on the back of my headlight assembly so water leaked in! Rookie move. Now they're trying to tell me that cap isn't necessary and I must have taken it elsewhere and another garage lost it!
Hands down the best place to buy. We've been shopping around for a used car for a few months and stopped into Profile Subaru on a whim when passing by. It was just after 6:30 and they were just about to lock up, since it was their closing time. Ryan, the sale manager, told us no worries, he'd hang around and then let us look at whatever we wanted. Friendly, helpful, fantastic to work with...he spent the next hour and half with us. When we picked up our Crosstrek, it was completely detailed and his team made sure the process was quick and easy, even going the extra mile to go over over all its features.
Loan car ready and service quick. Found it odd no one approached my husband as he scouted the lots for a new Forester. He's ready to buy and no one appeared. Oh well.
