Great staff easy to look at the items
I drove about two hours to pick up a new day pack before a long day hike on one of the trails off of the Kanc. I walked into the store and was greeted immediately by an employee! I explained what I needed and was brought over to the packs to try several on. The employee even brought over a sand bag to add weight to the pack as I walked around a bit before making my decision. During this time, I noticed that every person that walked in also was greeted by one of the employees or the manager herself. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Customer service and knowledge are huge and this place has both.
Bought what I thought would be a high quality, last a few years folding camping chair. After three uses it broke. Should have bought the Walmart special not the 40+ I think I spent.
This is the third time we've gone to this gigantic store and they have not had the most basic item for outdoor sports. First time winter in New England not one Microspike, second time summer in New England not one drinking playtpus to go on your backpack, today no backpacking fuel. Seriously in the age of computers they don't have automatic inventory that orders the basic stuff and make sure it's on the shelf. WOW
Absolutely horrible staff at this store - extremely rude and stuck up. Plenty of other places to shop in North Conway with the same assortment that actually understand what Customer Service means. Don’t waste your time with this staff.
