Visiting from Burlington, VT I purchased a pair of sneakers that didn't quite fit. I returned two weeks later and was assisted by Zac and he told me I purchased "wide" sneakers. I told him that wasn't my intention and he proceeded to help me find a sneaker that fits properly. After measuring my feet and assisting me with two different size sneakers we found a pair that works. Zac was professional, courteous and best of all he was quick. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also a great selection of NB footwear. It's my favorite place to get new sneakers when my old runners wear out.
