Dirty, only 1 employee this morning an he is not very well trained. Out of many advertised items (0700 in the AM) than forgot to put item in bag... Only butter, napkins, an a plastic knife.... No Begal! When back an only got grief left without it.!

As of today, August 10, 2017, I have something to add to the review. The people who own this business are very nice people, but there is an issue with service. This afternoon, I used the "drive up" to place an order. There was a line of about four cars and in the past I simply left. That is not good for business. Today, I decided to wait and ask the employee(s) a question. It is important to note that there's nothing wrong with the product. However, I asked the employee if she was the only person currently working and she replied in the affirmative. What is the impact of having one employee working during a relatively busy time? This employee took my order at one window, sprinted to the preparation area, and then gave me my order. Is this efficient? No . . . it's a means of saving money because only one employee is being paid. Is it good for business? No, because one employee cannot possibly handle the demand.

Bacon and egg on a English muffin and a 32 oz marshmallow and maple ice coffee perfection!

I go here everyday on my lunch break! My favorite thing here is the froejoe the machine has been broken for over a week though I would really like to know when that will be fixed so as a substitute try the fruit smoothies they are deliciouuusss

I originally wrote a rather glowing review. However, circumstances have changed and I reassessed my experience. Now, perhaps I've experienced a couple of bad days, but they are worthy of mention. Lately, the business seems to be understaffed. Someone is taking an order at the order window and then running to the prep area to deliver at the pick-up window. This system is made for more than one employee on duty. Second, I visited on another day and the "FroJo" machine was down and, unfortunately, it was a hot day. Third, on another day, there was a short, very short, line that was not moving. I waited a minimum of 10 minutes and still did not place an order. Consequently, I left and the business lost a sale. So, make your own observations, but these are based on my latest visits.
