I had lost an earing when my daughter & granddaughter stay at suites. The front desk girls helped me check the room we first was signed to but choose another room, to my surprise they had found it and was kind enough to send it to my home. CLEAN! I travel all over the country and stay at every kind of motel/hotel you can think of. This place is very nice. Smells good and looks nice as soon as you walk in. Smells clean. I'm a total germaphobe so I'm very picky and I feel super comfortable here. Bed is very nice, bathroom clean, shower is very clean, pricing is good. I'll be back!
Beds and Pillows were comfortable. The Jacuzzi and pool were filthy dirty and old. The Jacuzzi had black stuff coming out of jets. I booked this hotel looking forward to the jazucci after a long week of work then a day of shopping. When I told the front staff they didn't care. The hotel needs to be updated!! Buyer beware. For $150.00 a night I will go to Green Granite Hotel where they maintain their pool and jacuzzi. Never again will I ever stay at thiis hotel again!!!!!
The location is very convenient, it is right off the main road in North Conway. Staff at check in was friendly. The bed has very soft sheets is very comfortable and has multiple pillows of different densities. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. The room did not cool off fast enough when I turned down the thermostat. My kids had a lot of fun in the pool.
We enjoyed this HIE. Bigger room than usual and the pool was perfect. Breakfast nook was small, but had plenty of good food (omelettes!). Price was right on target for the late summer season.
