Beautiful hotel at a great location at the outlets. If the owners had spent some money on acoustic treatment this place would be a 5 star hotel. Avoid the rooms that have a shared double door into the neighboring room as conversations are clearly heard through this door. Also, the hallway door let's in a fair amount of light and noise. The indoor and outdoor heated pools we're great but make sure you like kids cause it gets busy and loud until 10pm adult only swim.
My family and I had a great time at this hotel! The kids loved the big animals in the lobby, and the cookies and drinks in the afternoon were a big hit. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The biggest hit were the 3 pools and the playground. Its such a great setup, everything conveniently arranged together. We'd definitely go back!
The room I think is the best part; good size, cute layout with a couch and a small sitting area. Best part is the whirlpool tub though. The bathroom and shower is pretty standard, not bad but didn't surprise me.
I am at the North Conway Grand for a conference. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are big and the pools (both indoor and outdoor) are great. I don't like that the smoking area is right at the entrance. Smokers congregate there and the stench wafts in to the hotel. The event space is spacious and attractive though the food service is slow and the bathrooms are a distance from the event rooms.
I've been going to the North Conway Grand Hotel for quite a few years now. The amenities are fantastic. The proximity to shopping is fantastic. The restaurant isn't as good as it used to be but still pretty good (almost fantastic.) I highly recommend it!
The Grand has been wonderful! The location is right in the middle of everything in Conway. Hotel itself is well worth it. There's two pools (indoor and outdoor) plus a kids pool. The indoor pool is adults only from 10-11 but I wish that was extended an hour and included outside pool too. Oh and the pool was packed on the weekend, one downside so far during my stay.
Make sure to ear at the restaurant downstairs, it's amazing.
