Mark sold us 2 queen mattresses/box/frames and upon delivery they couldn't get the box springs up the stairs. Was told to break up the box that was there. Needed a split which Mark promptly ordered. The next week the box was "too broken up" for them to take so they removed it and left it on my front lawn. I made a call to the store and Mark came that day in a thunderstorm and removed the pieces himself. He and his partner have been very accommodating and helpful and I highly recommend them!
