This was the most up to date and cleanest motel I've ever been to. It was easy to find and a short walking distance to restaurants and stores. The pool was even still open!
First night of 3 and impressions are very positive. Room lovely plenty of space. Clean and equipped as you would expect. When the office is open coffee is available. And although it is towards one end of town it only takes 15-20 mins to walk to a really nice pub at the other end of town. So far really good
We will return possibly next year
Only stayed one night. The room was cozy and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and very accommodating. They also helped us with their knowledge of the local area. The room was renovated and very cute. It met our expectations, we would stay here again.
Second yr staying at the colonial.. Very nice! Showers are great, hot tub great! Very clean! Owners are very friendly! Everything you need in hotel is there & in working conditions as you would want and expect. Beds were good, clean, only downfall was we woke up with back hurting.. So I give a 4****

Colonial Motel was nice, clean and well maintained. The motel location is ideal for stay in North Conway. The people in the front office were friendly and helpful. We will come back here on our next trip to the White Mountains.
